I'm told it is, although the first time they pop up (sorry, possibly bad word choice! :) it might not be a bad idea to get them looked at. Also, keep an eye on them for infection, etc, and if they don't go away... yeah, get them looked at. Otherwise, they seem (unfortunately) common...
