If you're paying out of pocket anyway, it shouldn't matter that you're coming from out of state. It would make paperwork a bitch if you were using insurance but that's about it.
Give them a call first, let them know they're the closest one to you, and ask if they have any specific policies you should know about for coming from a different state. They'll help you figure it out.
