We keep kleenex by the bedside and grab a couple of them when we're ready to, ah, separate. He pulls out and I stick the kleenex down there. It tends to prevent wet spots, at least, which are the worst part of leakyness. There's really no good way to prevent the leaky FEELING that I know of, unfortunately - simply because, well, you ARE leaking!
