Not to be a downer, but I think you're confusing two things. I think that yes, the warming liquid is a bitch, but in addition, you very well might have herpes (don't freak -- 1 out of 4 women have it!). You have the symptoms of an outbreak: the bumps, and the pain, most notably.
You should get yourself to the doctor's. It's NOT a huge deal -- they give you an antiviral and then you take a year of supression therapy (pill daily) and then you're pretty much never outbreaking again (usually).
