You've left a 'clean' in there - it's near the end of your second sentence.
The reason we don't like to use 'clean' to mean STD-free in here is because it implies that people with STDs are 'dirty' - we know that most people don't mean to imply that when they use the word 'clean', but we really want to remove the stigma associated with STDs.
