ive developed a rash around my anus, slightly itchy, red, but not blotchy. a little bit of skin is starting to peel. it seems to go up the cleft a bit too. i cant afford a doctor right now and im hoping it will just heal itself [unless it last for longer than 3 days], but was wondering if anyone has experienced anything similiar here?
thanks so much.
and also, what is a basal thermometer?

This one I can help with. A basal thermometer is a thermometer used to chart your basal body temperature (BBT - your temperature when you first wake up in the morning) in order to find out when you're going to ovulate. This is helpful both if you're trying to get pregnant or if you're trying not to get pregnant. A basal thermometer shows the minute incremental degree changes that a regular one can't. During the two or three days after ovulation, hormonal changes cause a rise in BBT of between 0.5 and 1.6 degrees (up from a normal range of 97.2 to 97.7 degrees before ovulation) which lasts until the next period.
