I've had g-spot orgasms. I find them difficult to achieve, as it has to be just the right kind of stimulation couples with clitoral stimulation, but clitoral stimulation seems to override it, so it's a very, very delicate balance.
I'm not too bothered about having them, myself, but they can be an alternative if I feel like it.
There is a very large difference (for me anyway, don't know what other women feel) between a clit orgasm and a g-spot orgasm. G-spot is very deep, almost like a full-body thing, while clitoral is very localised, but much more acute. Unfortunately, the two kind kill each other. Because my clit orgasm is so much more acute in feeling, it overpowers my g-spot feeling, and trying to concentrate on my g-spot makes my clit feel dull.
