Essure

I briefly searched the tags and didn't find Essure mentioned...

So I ask, any have it done? Pros vs Cons?



I am currently 39 weeks pregnant with my second (and last child). My husband and I have absolutely no plans of having any more and are looking for a more permanent form of birth control.

Initially, I opted to get my tubes tied IF, and only IF I end up in an emergency c-section. If the c-section didn't happen, he offered to get a vasectomy.

I remembered a friend had Essure done and she loved it, but I was looking for a few more "testimonials" that are NOT provided by the Essure company! :P Thought this might be the place to find such testimonials or more information!
