yeah, if your gonna use peroxide, only use it ONCE, the 1st time so clean anything out, then use the polysporin. I like the polysporin complete cuz it has antibiotics and a pain relief thingie in it. The reason youdon't want to use peroxide everytime is because it basicly burns away the tissue, so it doesn't heal as well. Thats why you only use it once
