I have 8 outer labia piercings, and a triangle piercing (horse shoe shaped that goes under the clitoris). My boyfriend has an apadravya piercing. Fortunately, none of our metal is entirely circular, but his piercing has caught on my triangle and tugged it a bit in an extremely uncomfortable way. However, my labia piercings have been torn by sex many times, though not like yours, thankfully.
