Question regarding putting yogurt in your vagina--do you leave it in there, or rinse it out? What do you do while it's in there? I'm assuming it doesn't stay put. Wear a pantyliner? Sorry, just never done that before. Never had a yeast infection, at least not that I know of. Thanks :)
