on pills, I was sunday starter, and my bleeding would always start on the wednesday of the last row, around 3pm (during my rifle competitions)
As an extra, on both the mini pill and my implant, while i have tended to skip bleeding for the first few months, it eventually settled down to about every 6 weeks.
