BC taking every day at the same time,

Hi everyone,
Ok, so this week I've been pretty lously with remembering to take my pill at the right time every day. I'm on Logynon ED, and I actually forgot to take it on monday, my boyfriend and I had sex on monday, and we don't use condoms, we well pretty much have sex everyday...
Anyway, my period ended on saturday, well technically friday, with just a tad of spotting on saturday, and sunday after sex a little bit of break through bleeding.

So here it is, I forgot to take my pill on monday but remembered early tuesday so took both at the same time. Everything I've read about my pill is that I'm protected for like 2 days in a row if I forget my pill.
I've had horrid pains lately, in my abdomen on my left side. Like killing me pains, so naturally the little 19 year old who moved out to live with her big 23 year old boyfriend who her parents don't agree with, rang her dad to ask what the pain could be about, (you see my daddy is a nurse, as is dads wife, and my mother) Dad scared the shit out of me by telling me it could be an ectopic pregnancy but I figure I can't be pregnant because well a) my period had JUST been, b) I take my pill everyday (In fact monday was the first time in the almost 2 years I've been on BC I actually forgot it) and c) When I saw my doctor and told her I'd just had my period that it was unlikely I was pregnant.

I think I'm really just posting this for myself.

Anyone got any Idea what the pains are from? My doctor said it could just be ovarian cysts, I have a history of them. I don't think I'm pregnant but I think I'll take a test anyway just to prove the point.

But do you think there is much likeliness that after nearly 2 years of taking my pill, and forgetting for one day there will be any accidents from that?
