Nipple questions

vaginapaginaSo this is a little more than embarrassing for me but I figured I'd ask.
On occasion when I shower I'll notice little white bumps on my nipples.
I'll pinch them and white stuff will come out, sorta like a pimple. It's not like a yellowish tint like a pimple though.
It's just white.
Does anyone know what this is?
