vaginapaginaDoes anyone know the window of time in which one has to change her Nuva-Ring? I put my first one in around three, so I'm assuming I should put the next one in around three when it's time, but I was wondering how much later?
Also, common knowledge is HBC kicks in after seven days. Is it an exact time, or just generally speaking?
