Possible prolapsed Urethra

Hi, I literally just joined this community about 10 seconds ago

Anyway, I have a question that you guys can probably help me with. My urethra sticks out from between my labia by about a centimetre or so and it can become uncomfortable.

I can't find the answer elsewhere and was just wondering whether or not this could be a medical problem?

Oh and this is my first post, so if I've done something wrong feel free to tell me and I'll correct it asap
