I think this is my second time ever posting in here and I have been joined since this journal pretty much started. But anyway! I have a question. :)

January 3rd, I got into a very critical car accident, was flown to a hospital and listed in critical condition for a few days. Both lungs were collapsed, I had broken my back in two places, 8 broken ribs, and a head wound (due to flying through the windshield -- and yes, i'm aware how very lucky I am to still be alive). I was in the hospital in ICU for 3 weeks and let's just say I went through A LOT. Anyway, I had my period when I went there. It was pretty much the end of my cycle though. It's now the 27th, and I STILL haven't got my period. Now, keep in mind -- I was on BC for 3+ years. I just stopped taking it due to me being in the hospital, which obviously meant no sex. I was thinking the reason could be all the trauma i've been through, and possibly even the BC?? I'm no doctor though. I don't want to sit here and scare myself, thinking i'm pregnant.. but lately -- that's what I have been doing.

Someone please reassure me :(
