That's a common problem with Cerazette, and the main reason why people stop it. It's usually advised to give it three months and see how your bleeding patterns settle down, but you're past that. I'm not sure what to advise, your medical provider may be able to talk over the pros and cons with you helpfully though. Generally, progestogen-only methods are most likely to reduce or eliminate menstrual bleeding. However, a minority of women get constant spotting or bleeding on these methods. Since you've had several months with no bleeding at all, I wouldn't worry about constant bleeding just yet. Give it a while longer and see what happens.
