nipple tenderness and a lot of discharge

Recently I've had a lot, I mean A LOT if discharge. It's clear/whitish and is usually thin in consistency. It's a lot more than usual, sometimes it feels almost like I peed a little. In addition I just noticed my nipples are tender... but not the whole breast. I don't think I should be expecting my period, however it was a week early last month.

What could this all be about? I'm sexually active and condoms are my main form of birth control, I'm not on any HBC.
