I'm glad you think it was right for me to say something. My inner STAND UP FOR THE LITTLE PEOPLE person was going nuts. I go back and forth from thinking I should have said more or stayed on entirely. I'm afraid now that she might have been more nervous that I heard what they were saying... :(
If it had been me in her place, I would have demanded an explanation and if I had to press for more than a few minutes to see someone accommodating, I would know I didn't want to go there. A place like that where the people don't respect your wishes and your comfort is not a good one. But I think it was really just that one rude lady, because like I said everyone else was fantastic.
