wanting to stop skipping BC pills...
First off I appologize because I know I saw something like this on here awhile ago, but I can't seem to find it in the archives.
ANyway, I have been on HBC and skipping pills so that I could skip my period. This had been working pretty well for me, but now I am experiencing constant breakthrough bleeding for the last month or so because I missed a pill one day and that threw it all off.
I want to save myself the hassle by taking the pills regularly again and having regular periods, but I don't know where's where in my cycle anymore. Can I just stop taking them for 7 days and return to normal? Will my cycle just 'adjust'? How do I go about this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated here. I am getting pretty tired of this.
Thank you!

OP: I would suggest you stop taking them at the end of the pill pack you are currently in the middle of, have your 7 day break and return to normal pill taking after that. If the bleeding continues past seven days, I'd get an opinion from a doctor, you might need a longer break for your body to regulate itself.

You don't really have a "cycle" anymore, since the pill suppresses ovulation, so it doesn't matter when you stop.

Afterwards, will my period be regulated or will that take some time?
