pregnancy concerns
First though, a bit of background info:

Bicycle-appropriate panties required?
What I want to know is: does anyone else ever have bicycle-related vulva blisters? What seems to cause them more often, and what fixed them? My roommate suggests sport panties, but I want to see if there's a quicker fix at home. I just don't wear the offending panties on days that I bike (easy enough), but for IUD-related reasons I'm using cloth pads a lot for the next three months before I switch back to a cup.

Where to order lube from?
Anyway, I was wondering where are are everyone's favorite websites to buy lube from? My only criteria are that the lube be (relatively) inexpensive, shipping be inexpensive and FAST - as in, I order it today and get it by Friday (4/18).
Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?
Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

Hypoplastic Tubular Breasts and the connection to PCOS
I'm 21 (22 in 4 months) and I have just become aware as to the weird shape my breasts have been since they started to form.
I've always been self conscious of my pointy, large areolas, and general extreme smallness of my breasts, especially since I'm a chubster. It's never stopped me from taking my top off for past partners, but I've just always been... aware I didn't have cute, round, picture perfect boobs (not that it's a huge concern, honestly). My current partner doesn't mind, and neither do I.
However, one day I was linked to a "plastic surgery gone bad" gallery, and saw a woman with the EXACT SAME SHAPE breasts as me. My mind went "?!?!?!? WHAT" when I saw this, for I always thought my boobs were a special case. They were labeled as "Hypoplastic Tubular Breasts", and I started to do some research.
Gathered some info to confidently say that this is what I have. Unfortunately it's made me even more self aware of my body, and uncomfortable. Completely involuntary these feelings I now have, and it's really bothering me.
One thing I found out was that women with this have a hard time breast feeding, or unable to breast feed at all. Now, I never plan on having kids (for multiple reasons), but knowing I might not be able to make that choice whether or not I want to breast feed is currently throwing me for a strange loop, and I'm not sure how to deal with these new, odd feelings.
Another point I want to make before putting this into clif notes is the relation to Hypoplastic breasts, and PCOS. Like I've said, I've read up a bit about it, but things don't seem to be completely clear.
What I'm looking to get some advice on on this subject is:
1. For those of you who might have hypoplastic tubular breasts, how did it make you feel after you found out? Bad, good, indifferent experiences? How did you handle it? A lot has been running through my mind, so I'm looking for other personal experiences to help organize everything I'm feeling.
2. If you'd like to voice your personal experiences with PCOS and hypoplastic breasts, by all means do. I've been beginning to think I may have PCOS, but I have no real way of telling, of course. My GYN is 300 miles away, and I want to become informed and familiar with it before I bring it up to her when I see her in a few months for my yearly.
The more informed, the better, right? And whats better than personal experiences as a start?
Thank you, ladies. I've never been more informed about my lady parts until I joined this community!

Vaginal cream while menstruating?
I went to see a doctor last week for what I thought was a UTI and was given antibioticics. However after a week of taking the antibiotics I still have a slight burning sensation after peeing and still felt the urge to pee quite often and like my bladder isn't fully emptied after peeing, but it isn't as bad as it originally was before taking the antibiotics. So today I decided to go back to the doctor. He said that last week when they sent my urine to be examined it came back that I actually didn't have any bacterial infection so that's why the antibiotics probably weren't working.
I mentioned how I was treated for chlamydia last month and was wondering if maybe it hadn't gone away and maybe was causing these symptoms. The doctor said it probably wasn't likely, but he took another swab just in case. He said it didn't look like anything unusual was going on in my vagina and there was no odd smell or discharge, only a slight pinkness. So he gave me a vaginal antibiotic cream called Flagystatin and told me to use it for 10 days. I guess it is supposed to help the burning feeling I have been experiencing, but I don't see how it's going to help my urge to pee all the time?? Has anyone else taken this before??
Also, I am going to be getting my period in 4 days and was wondering if I will still be able to use a tampon while using this cream? It didn't say anything in the pamphlet about it...
I am on the Pill so I was thinking I could possibly skip my period this month, but I've never done that before and don't know what the side effects are?? I really don't want any side effects these next few weeks because I am really busy with final exams at school!
Sorry, I know this is a lot of questions in one post!

bleeding urethra?
I've read a little about cystitis and I don't seem to fit the major symptoms so I'm worried. I don't urinate any more frequently than usual, and I don't feel that I "have to pee" all the time. The stinging/burning pain lasts all day, and then goes away for a day, and then comes back.
The blood is not in the urine, it's outside - I think it's coming from the actual urethra but not the urine, if that makes sense. i'm not on any birth control.
So my two questions are:
- Has anyone had a "bleeding urethra" before with cystitis? Is this normal? It's not a lot of blood but it's never happened before and I'm really scared.
- Is there any topical treatment or creams that I can use for the stinging?

Regaining sensuality in sex
I guess the problem is is that I see my sexuality as sensual (not necessarily all rainbows and flowers, but also definitely not hardcore stuff) but he gets off on watching women get pounded pretty much. I feel like I gave him a part of my sexuality and he just destroyed it and threw it back in my face. The same thing goes for my self-esteem. I would love it if anyone had any ideas about how I could go about feeling sexy and wonderful again with my partner without feeling that his sexuality is just completely dominating and destroying mine. Acts in particular but things I could tell him are also good.

Implantaion Bleeding?
What exactly is implantation bleeding and how can you tell? I had an oops with my birth control where I didn't take it for a couple of days. It has been about a week since then. Yesterday I started having minimum bright red spotting and some mild cramping. I don't have PMS symptoms, so I wouldn't think thats what it is (but I could always be wrong). According to my BC I still have about 8- 9 days till I go to my off week. I have been pregnant before where I just missed one day, so I am freaked. I can't handle a kid right now and with my other prescriptions I don't think it would be safe for me to be pregnant. I have general anxiety disorder and panic attacks. (Trying so hard not to have one). Could it be possible that this was implantation bleeding? IF it is how soon afterwards can I take a test? Are there any other reasons this could happen?
Thank you for any and all advice. I am totally worried right now.
*Thanks! I tried googling and implantation bleeding kept coming up and the idea of being pregnant right now scares me to death. I've never had spotted from missing a pill but I read more in to that and now I am not going to worry about it till period time. Thank you guys again so much! You helped a lot (and saved a final grade ~ now I can concentrate!)*

Vagina Boogers?
I frequently get what I affectionately call vagina boogers. Frequent being sometimes as much as a few times a day and as little as once a week. It's not terribly runny but is mucousy. It's more like what blows out of my nose when I have a bad cold or sinus infection. Very clumpy, thick, yellowish and such. There's not a particular odor associated with it. My vagina smells different almost every day. I have endometriosis and PCOS, so there's always some weird discharge. This is always the same in appearance and like I said comes frequently. I have kept one before and shown it to my gyno. He didn't have a clue and literally said "Its not normal but I can't figure out what is causing it." I didn't have an infection at the time (unusual as I have frequent BV) and things were actually really in balance down there. But I still got a booger.
Any ideas? Anything you can think I should bring up next time I go in? (I get to see my gyno every three months lucky me!)

Side Effects?
The other night my boyfriend and I started out the day planning to do some role playing that night and for me to take a shower so he could eat me out. Well by the time it got around i just could not get into the mood, so we said that we would try it tomarrow. Well last night we tried it and i tried to get into the mood in the shower i even masturbated which took longer than normal, before the shower and i still was not going anywhere. Finally after my shower we decided that we would give it a go. I got all dressed up and we started the role playing, and it wasent until he broke out the whip and started light smaking my ass then i got wet but i still was not in the mood to have sex. It is so fucking wierd. I am usually always the one who is like okay lets get dirty and screw around, all the time, but not right now. I know its not my boyfriend cause i am just not getting turned on at anything, not even frekin porn.
I dont know what is wrong with me. I know that some women on this forum have taken Quesense or Seasonale and I was wondering if anyone else including these women have experienced the same things that i have? Dont get me wrong i definatly enjoyed it last night when we finally started to have sex but the forplay didnt get me going or anything. So is this normal? Is it the BC pills? Or my mood? Or even the season change? I dont know what it is but i definatly want to find out, maybe i should go and talk to a doctor? Please help me i am so alone and lost on this one!!!

irritating tampons
in the past few months i've somehow found myself a boyfriend, which spurred me into taking HBC (alesse).
with my earlier periods, i usually used a combination of pads and tampons. since i moved in with my boyfriend though, i've started to use tampons all the time, including night time. mostly because pads tend to irritate me/i don't like them much anyway. it seems like they're all made of gross plastic and the thought of them gives me SHIVERS. but also to be kind to the person i'm sharing a bed with. i did a bit of research about leaving tampons in overnight, and felt fine with it.
so my period ended a day or two ago, and i used tampons exclusively. now, however, i am extremely irritated. i thought it was just on the outside, but i tried to have sex today and it was unbearable. afterwards there was a bit of bleeding too, and i could tell it was real blood, not period-type blood.
i'm convinced it's the tampons, as i can't think of anything else to cause it. i just did a bit of research about tampons and such, and it all said that pulling out a dry tampon will irritate the vaginal walls. this makes a whole lot of sense, because since i've been on HBC my periods have been weiiird. one or two days of sporadic bleeding, a day or two of heavy, and then a few more days of really light, annoying bleeding. so, for those light days, i was inserting and removing a (light!) tampon.
so i'm wondering if there's anything i can do to help this along so that i feel better? i think i'm definitely going to invest in a divacup, i've been wanting to buy one anyways for environmental/cost reasons, but if pads and tampons are going to be so terrible to me, this just seals the deal.

New Med: Metphormin!
So I would like to know if anyone has had this same experience or somewhat like it?
I now have been put on Metformin again but at a way lower dose, now I only have to take 500 mgs once a day. So I am hoping that it doesnt affect me too bad and that I will still loose weight just not as uncomfortably.

nurse not being helpful? also, did the pill absorb?
I've been calling my gyno a lot to talk to them when I realize the one I'm on isn't working and I feel like my nurse isn't really doing her job.
when I call I explain my problems (being super emotional, etc) and instead of suggesting one that might be better they just ask me, "well what do you want to try now?"
I mean, I can suggest things for myself all day long, but everytime I call I kind of hope based on the experiences I describe to them about my current pill, that they can suggest something better.
or is this normal? I just feel like...I didn't go to school for this. I can do research on the internet all day long but at the end of the day I'd like a medical professional to help me decide what would be best for me, you know?
I'm switching from yaz (which has given me the MOST horrible mood swings and has made me a tad suicidal) to the nuvaring (based on my own suggestion, crossing my fingers as this will be my 5th brand of contraceptive) and I kept asking her if she thought the ring would be better for me (mood wise) and she was just like, "yeah...it's very effective" or some kind of BS response.
am I overreacting? I just want someone who can really help me find one that will work and maybe cut out some of the trial and error.
anyway, that might've been more of a rant than an asking for advice situation.
-----
my second question is one I hestitate to ask because I'm afraid it's going to freak me out, but here goes...
last weekend I had the worst stomach virus. I threw up a lot on saturday and then after that I just had the "liquid bears" until tuesday. I pretty much didn't eat for 5 days straight and what little I did eat went straight through.
it didn't occur to me until yesterday that might've been a bad situation pill absorption-wise.
I never had diarrhea directly after I took my pill...in fact, I would take it at 10pm every night and would normally go to bed straight after. when I would wake up the next morning I would have more diarrhea, but there would be several hours in between.
however, with NOTHING being in my stomach except liquid and everything I was eating coming right back out...I'm kind of worried my pill(s) didn't absorb?
I know it sounds silly, but it's just that my situation lasted for days and I did have sex during those days.
I checked the pamphlet and all it says is: "If you have diarrhea or if you take certain medicines, such as st. john's wort, your pills may not work as well."
common sense tells me I should be fine because there were several hours between taking my pill and expelling anything, and I get my withdrawal bleed this week so I'm worrying a bit too early, but I was hoping someone could reassure me.
thanks ladies!
eta: I just saw this on the FAQ (thanks

"As a general precaution, if you vomit or experience diarrhea within 2 hours of taking an oral contraceptive, you should consider that pill "missed" and act accordingly. In addition, women who experience vomiting or diarrhea as a repeating symptom of an illness are advised to use backup protection for 7 to 14 days after the illness."
they always had way more than 2 hours to absorb but it WAS a repeating symptom and I haven't been using backup. =\ so now I can't decide if I should be worried or not, lol.
