armpit/girlbits connection?

60mph inspired an odd question.

occasionally, i'll get a weird, sharp, slightly painful twangy feeling in my armpit, and i'll get an echo of that sensation in my girlbits (random locations, but always in the girlbits).

i wonder if there's a connection to these two areas, and if anyone else has noticed a similar connection?

i hate to sound old-fashioned, but aren't you the bee's knees! i had NO idea it was lymph node related. thanks for the insight. :)
