Really persistent YI?

I went to Planned Parenthood a couple weeks ago and they informed me that I had a YI.  On Monday, I took Diflucan and the itching seemed to go away, which was awesome.  However, I noticed yesterday that I still have itching and sometimes it's just unbearable.  It's where my left labia major meets the labia minor and it's killing me.  I don't have any yucky discharge and the area looks completely normal to me.  Could it be a YI or something else entirely?  I put chamomile lotion on it last night and that seemed to calm it down, but it was back this morning with a vengeance.  Help!

vagicaine (at your drug store) helps.
or
a warm bath with 1/2 cup of baking SODA
or
eating lots of yogurt...

those are my suggestions. if you use a lubricant, switch to one without glycerin, yeast feed on it.

No lotion..bad. Eat lots of yogurt..good. Watch what kind of toilet paper you use. The heavy, fluffy, bleached ones leave my region angry red and itchy. I swithced to organic t.p....sounds silly, but helps.
A sitz bath in baking soda can also help. With any meds you may have a worsening of symptoms before the angry thing finally makes it's exit.
