Vag-Grip? How Does it Work?!

I don't plan on using it, so don't worry about explaining the negative side effects or anything. However! How does this stuff WORK?! It claims to "tighten" the vag. Does it make it swell, or just dry it out? Anyone know?!

That reminds me of those "fuller bustline!" creams from decades back (when I wasn't alive). They didn't work, of course. These things look just as redonkulous.
