spotting

I know it's normal to have spotting after you period for a couple days, but my last period i had it for almost a FULL WEEK after.

is this anything to worry about?

also, the length between my periods has gotten shorter, about 3 weeks. i don't know if that has anything to do with...

any help would be great!

This has happened to me before, I think it's normal. I think it's possible your uterus just doesn't expel everything fast enough during the heavier part of your period and so there's some trickling left over.
These things could be linked to diet or stress or medication changes, so think about any way your lifestyle might have changed in the past few months and you might have your answer.

yea it could be lifestyle change...im in a whole new environent. my period has always been super regular, even im really sick or really stressed, i can predict its start and end to the day, so i guess i was just taken aback when it wouldn't end
