Cramps!

Hello Ladies!

I don't know if this is technically *vagina related*, but I think it's probably all linked. Anyway, since about Tuesday, I've had really really horrible cramps. And at first I thought "Yep, my period's coming, this is all normal." But I got my period on Friday. And it's ending now, but I still have these TERRIBLE cramps and I'm still really bloated.. Like, I just can't move a lot of the time. They've never been this bad. And I have been taking ibprufen (sp?) becuase I can't take paracetamol (becuase of the other pills I'm taking for recurring yeast infections, it's called Nizoral.)

Anyway, I'm wondering what I should do? Like, should I be worried? Has this ever happened to anyone? They seem to be getting worse since Tuesday.

Lots of people get bad cramps. Try using a heating pad.

Sometimes I'll go for months without getting any period symptoms. No bloat, no cramps, nothing at all as a warning that it's coming. And then one month, *BAM*, it's like my body releases all these stored up symptoms to give me one freakishly horrible period.

Ibuprofen is a good bet, as would be something with naproxyn (I'm not sure what it's called in Europe). You might want to check with your doctor/pharmacy as well, since I'm not sure if it would interact in the same way as the paracetamol (Tylenol for us stateside folks) with your Nizoral.
