I lost my virginity at 16, but my boyfriend fingered me like 2 or 3 times before and I bled a little each time...more the first time, and then when we actually had a good long session of "the real thing" I didn't bleed anymore. I think it's just the fact that the hymen doesn't completely tear until it's been stretched a few times.
