I found a new quick trick for getting bloodstains out of underwear - Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash and cold water. XD It works better than soaking, and it doesn't ruin the fabric, at least with cotton underwear. Just soak the knickers in cold water, put some soap on, and scrub a little. It comes right out. ^^ Incidentally, it also works for getting sharpie off of skin. XD

Aww, that sucks. Honestly, I don't know if it'll work on old bloodstains, just as a disclaimer. But dry blood did come out with it. ^^
