Did you experience much pain after the procedure was done?
The reasons I have been thinking abou thaving her check it out is b/c we *meaning my bf and I* aren't sure if its there anymore, but I do have a hard time gettin tampons in *haven't been successful yet* and we do want to have sex, but he is very very well endowed and we want it to be as minimally *sp??* as possible. Oh yea, I'm a virgin too.
so....i dunno whats going to happen, but I'll keep in touch w/ you :)
thanks

go here:
http://www.afraidtoask.com/woman/index.html
and look around. (they hymen section, i had the 2nd from the left)
then check yourself out. if you havent really done this, get a mirror (a tiny mirror is more difficult) and a well lit room, or a flashlight if you dont have good lighting) prop things up so you can see yourself and poke around seeing whats going on down there.
which of those hymen pictures looks most like you?
problems with tampons can very well be from the hymen, but if there is a lot of pain inside or out with putting in a tampon then its probably not. also you could just be putting it in wrong.
also are you SURE your guy is very very well endowed? im not saying hes not, just dont be too worried about it even if he is. even a very large guy, that hole hes sticking it in is designed to have a baby come out of it. plus with the hymen a little penis will do just as good a job as a big one, because its at the opening of the vagina, not inside.
on that page that i put the link to theres a section on male genitals too.
anywho, those are just things to look at. i know problems with tampons or abnormal skin is kinda difficult to deal with cause youre not sure whats going on. but have a look at yourself. see a doctor, esspecially if it puts you at ease! and talk about birth control and all that too.
i havent had a lot of pain after the procceedure, just kinda uncomfortable, and random bleeding. its only been since friday though, and the uncomfortablness is getting less. so if you do have a hymenectomy done, dont worry about it. its not difficult.
anywho, im rambling, so ill go now.
