ok so this isnt really a "down there" question but i figured since you ladies know so much, you might be abl to help me.
so i've been getting sick for the last...2 weeks. i feel totally nausiated (sp??) at different times of the day. and it's like my stomach and abdomen flutters also. it's so weird. i dunno what it is!! any ideas??
on topic question, what exactly can cause a yeast infection?? antibiotics???

yes, antibiotics can cause them, as can anything else that throws off the bacterial balance in your vagina (it's okay to say vagina, btw!). things that can contribute to frequent yeast infections include pants or underwear that don't breathe well (cotton ones are best, and sleeping without underwear is healthiest because it allows your vulva to breathe), stress, not eating a balanced diet, or washing with harsh soaps (you should only use soap on the outside - your vulva - and it should be gentle, and not strongly scented).
hope that helps! :)
