i just got a call from my doctor with pap results i had done last week. they said i have a yeast infection (not having any symptoms) and that i have strep. what IS strep? i'm being given some antibiotics and two doses of diflucan. anyone have any info on the infection and how the hell i got it, etc? thanks.

yes, and i can only find things on strep throat. not the vaginal infection type that i have.
