PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP MY ACHING VAGINA!

My SO and I had sex three times in the course of less than 48 hours with spermicide condoms, Sunday and Monday. Today is Thursday and my vagina is REALLY REALLY REALLY fucking itchy. There's no unusual discharge or weird smell of any sort. My vagina is regular except for the fact that I'm excrutiatingly itchy, dry from itching, and sore. Is this a yeast infection? If not, then what the hell is it? What could it be? Please help me! It really really hurts. :(

But I've used spermicide before, so I don't know why this would happen. It's also my first one, if infact, it is one. I told my mom I'm itchy and sore and she gave me this cream stuff. My gyno knows I have sex but what other ways can you get a yeast infection so I can tell my mom otherwise?

You can get them all kinds of ways. It's a bacteria imbalance. Yeast infections do not equal sex, so you're in the clear there. :)

And a yeast infection is what it sounds like to me.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe sometimes yeast infections just happen. I know mine wasn't caused by sex.. just one day I was super itchy.

It can also happen if you are on antibiotics.

But don't be scared - just because you tell your mom you have a yeast infection doesn't mean that she's going to assume that you are sexually active. I would highly reccomend going to a doctor, because they can diagnose it, you can go on medication, and it will stop itching.
