vampire plants?

Ok, so I have my moon cup, and my period is quickly approaching.
Which mean in less than I week I'll be having cups full of menstrual blood to mess around with.

I keep reading here about using menstrual fluid mixed with water for house plants.

And I was wondering, what ratio do you usually use? And how beneficial is it? Has anybody actually seen a marked improvement in their plants after using it?
And what kind of container should I use? I don't think my grandmother would approve of me getting blood stains on the inside of her fav. watering can.

It's certainly interesting, I wonder how my AloVera plant will react to it, I always take from it, last month I took from it for my vulva...herb lore does dictate that you leave something for the plant in return for taking something from it, espeshaly blood and menstrual blood is quite a gift to give in return.
