Nifty Website

I was just urged to post this here...linked from naturalbirth originally.

http://mybeautifulcervix.googlepages.com/ is a photo blog of a woman's cervix throughout her cycle. The pictures are beautiful, very up-close, and incredibly interesting. Hope you enjoy!

that is awesome. It is funny about the predominant idea about creamy or milky white discharge from women being a sign of infection or hygiene when it is just a part of our bodies. I was happy to see that. I just showed my BF my cervix the other day. He had never seen one before, it was like he was in science lab discovering the unknown, he was fascinated.

yes, I have a metal speculum from years ago but you can buy see through plastic ones at (I think) medical supply stores. It was a really intimate experience because you know, I am not young and have had plenty of partners who thought they knew my body but not one of them was that interested in actually viewing my cervix. My BF was in love with it! He said 'wow, a baby comes from that tiny space?' and 'so THAT is what it looks like. This is the first time I've seen one'. He is almost 49.
