Places for STD testing
So, PPH is being completely unreliable and the place I got tested at last time doesn't accept my insurance, so I'm looking for other alternatives. Someplace on the west side below 100th street? Oops. I'm located in Manhattan too! (New York, NY) Has anyone had any really good experiences with a particular clinic and would recommend it? I also have Oxford Health Insurance, so that's helpful too if they take that! Thanks!

His wife, Iris Orbuch, is also a gyno with an office down on Spring Street, but I never used her.
He's definitely a bit more formal than doctors I've had in the past, but I think it's a distancing mechanism to make sure that his patients feel comfortable--the consult and discussion of why you're there takes place in his office, so the actual legs-in-the-air, wearing-the-uncomfortable-gown part is minimized. He also does some of his labwork onsite (like for YIs and UTIs), so you get results ultrafast.
