what to do about gas as pms

I posted a few weeks ago about having gas as PMS. Now my question is, is there a way to control or stop it? I've seen things people take for gas but it's usually about digestion. What do you do to at least cope with it?

Salty things such as popcorn seem to help me, and I eat extra meat during PMS. I think the extra iron helps with the bleeding too.

Well, dang. I forget that people don't eat meat, and it never occurred to me that salty things would give cramps. Everyone is different! I wonder of a healthy dose of chocolate would help you - chocolate helps nearly everyone.

I avoid bread products and fiber as much as I can. That's kinda difficult, because even eating them I usually get constipated then too, but since they seem to make no difference, at the very least I can avoid gassing everybody out of the room.

Beno or gasX both very good, often I take enteric coated peppermint. They have all always helped me.

I have IBS, so after a few dietary changes, I have few gas issues. For me the worst offenders were soy, dairy, wheat, corn. I also drink lots of peppermint and chamomile tea, some lavender tea too.
