And yes the person I got chlamydia from did get treated. But I slept with a different person since the infection, with protection. But I'm pretty sure he doesn't have chlamydia because he is my regular partner and I was tested for chlamydia before after sleeping with him and it came back negative. And he has not been with anyone other than me. So I'm pretty confident that he couldn't have reinfected me.
