Sex on Top?

This might be a weird question, but anyone have any tips for riding on top?
I just can't seem to get it right.

Edit: No problem getting his penis in -- the problem is starting and getting that in-and-out motion.

I am more about sitting down so they're all the way inside of me, then moving my hips back and forth/in circles instead of up and down sort of motion. It stimulates my clit which is pretty groovy, too!

i think thats where my problem is - trying to create an in-and-out motion from doing up and down....maybe i just need to focus on my hips moving to create a grind?
