Sex on Top?

This might be a weird question, but anyone have any tips for riding on top?
I just can't seem to get it right.

Edit: No problem getting his penis in -- the problem is starting and getting that in-and-out motion.

Personally, I've only rarely gotten it to work, and it hasn't felt good for me even when it has.
