acidophillus that doesn't dissolve

i have been using acidophillus to treat BV, i bought a new bottle the other day, but for some reason it doesn't dissolve inside of me.

i can leave it in for 24 hours and its still completely in pill-shape. the capsule is gone but the powder is the same.

why :-(? can i fix this?
