I agree that it might just be from a yeast infection. As for *right now* all I can tell you is to try taking some antihistamine (Benedryl or other allergy meds) to reduce itching... If it's swollen, an anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen could help too.

But I suggest seeing your gyno to figure out if it actually is from a yeast infection or not. That can be annoying to figure out if you have abnormal symptoms or if you're not familiar with what your particular symptoms usually are. :\
