And in my original comment, I said prostate gland, but that was supposed to be bulbourethral gland, which is actually directly in front of the prostate gland.

I went through nursing school for two years as well, and while I'm not a certified nurse of any kind (I decided that it wasn't at all what I wanted to do) I can say that we learned about this quite a bit as well.
