First of all, lucky you! There are some ladies who are bone-dry and would love to have your "problem". The dryness hits me sometimes, too, so don't take that beautiful wetness for granted.
Anyway, for the sake of your panties and your sanity allow me to offer menstrual cups as a suggestion. I have heard that some ladies who are - erhm - very well lubricated all the time wear them almost every day. That can get expensive, but it's cheap as free if you already have a Diva, Keep, Moon or comparable cup. I don't think there is a way to dry yourself up, but a cup could help you out a lot, especially on those days where you leave your panties at home.
Does anyone know if there is any vaginal health risk of wearing a cup like Diva more often than just when you're on your period? I would think that there is very little risk involved since TSS risk is pretty much nil with these things. Just keep it clean.
