Are you sure the online site you read mentioned estrogen and not progesterone?

If you are, I'd be interested in reading the source. Everything I've read about ascorbic acid -- like here (http://www.choicetolivewith.com/herbalabortion.html#anchor_73) -- suggest it interferes with progesterone production.
