With me, it all depends on the tampon itself. I can't stand any tampons with any form of cardboard applicator. However, it also depends on your flow[I once used a regular on the last day of my period and ended up cramping so much in pain I had to run out of choir in the middle of a song,looking like an idiot.] My personal favs are those Tampaz ones that you can hide in your pocket,mainly because I love the applicator. Tampons take practise. Lots of practise. Trust me. Use a pad as backup if you have to.
