Sounds like warts to me. I haven't had em down there, but I've had a few on my body and when I accidently shave one off it grows right back. She might've been talking about freezing them off, which they can do in office, or perhaps trying some sort of topical treatment. There are certain acids that can kinda draw the wart out and eliminate it eventually, but I'd thing if it was warts down there they'd probably freeze 'em because it's quicker and more effective. It could be moles too, but she probably would have told you that and moles shouldn't get that large. It could be just regular warts.. not genital warts..have you been exposed? I probably wouldn't call it a cancer. Cancers and moles are usually surgically removed.
