For the third time in my life, I've had the massively uncomfortable experience of passing a uterine cast. Pics behind the cut for posterity:
Background details:I recently started back on HBC, but I'd been having spotting. Because I know from experience that when I spot for more than a couple days, it won't stop until I have a proper bleed, I went off the HBC cold turkey, and this happened. I had horrible cramping, thought that I was gonna puke, and went to the bathroom where I pushed this out of my vag. I've had cramping all evening, and I feel a little woozy, but nothing as bad as the cramping immediately preceding the incident!
