Yeast Infection Between/Under Breasts

I have been living in sports bras this summer because regular bras are extra uncomfortable in humid hot weather.  Unfortunately, boobs squished together has lead to a yeast infection, mostly inbetween but also very slightly underneath each breast.  I have been using a 1% clotrimazole cream on it twice daily, and that seems to help though does not clear things up completely and things get worse any time I forget to use the cream.  I try to keep the area dry by putting on some baby powder in the morning, and sleep in just a cotton tee, but during the day there's just not much I can do to prevent moisture from occurring in the area.  Is there anything I can do to clear this up?  It's quite annoying and itchy.
