well, yes, proper male hygiene would be *Great* to analyze, but who is going to admit how well they clean their peepee? and how are you going to do that scientifically?? it is hard to imagine setting up a scientifically sound experiment based on how well a man cleans his dick, whereas circumcision is an easier thing to measure (duh).

so perhaps the issue is that uncircumcised males, who have been now shown to be correlated with spreading HPV, need to be cleaner about their practices.
